The Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS) organised a Fellow’s Seminar on ‘Security Deficit: A Comprehensive Internal Security Strategy for India’ on 28 December 2010 at the Centre’s premises. Mr Dhirendra Singh, former Home Secretary, chaired the proceedings, while Brig Rahul Bhonsle, SM (Retd) and Brig Gurmeet Kanwal (Retd) discussed the study presented by Dr N Manoharan on the subject. Serving and retired officers of the armed forces and government and members of the strategic community attended the seminar.
