Prof Gautam Sen has been appointed as the new editor of CLAWS Journal with effect from 3 August, 2018.
Prof Gautam Sen served in the Indian Army from 1961–1974. A political scientist and strategic analyst, He is presently the Distinguished Visiting Fellow, CLAWS; Adjunct Professor, NIAS, Air Marshal Subroto Mukherjee Chair of Excellence, USI; He is also the Founder Member & Member Governing Council, CASS, & Member, Executive Council, Allahabad State University. Sen was formerly a Ford International Fellow at Harvard and MIT; Fellow, IISS, London; Jean Monet Fellow, EUI, Florence; and, Professor, Strategic Studies, and Director, NISDA, Pune University (1980–2007). He has been Visiting Professor at Madras University, Gujrat Vidyapith, Goa University, Gorakhpur University and at Institute of Social and Economic Change,Bangalore.
