Developing Strategic Leaders for the 21st Century

The Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS) organised a talk on ‘Developing Strategic Leaders for the 21st Century’ by Col Jeffrey D McCausland (Retd), Visiting Professor, Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, USA, on 18 May 2011 at its premises. The event was chaired by Lt Gen Prakash Menon (Retd), Military Advisor to the National Security Advisor. The seminar was well attended by serving and retired officers of all three Services, and members of the strategic community.
