Research AssistantAt CLAWS: December 2018 Contact at: [email protected] About the Researcher :Vishakh Krishnan Valiathan is a Research Assistant at Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS). He has an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Madras. His MPhil thesis was titled ‘India- Israel Relations: An Analytical Study with reference to Defence Industry and Arms Trade since 1992’. He has a Master’s in Politics and International Relations from Department of Politics and International Studies, Pondicherry University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Kerala. An avid quizzer and debater, he has won several competitions at various levels. He has also presented papers at various international and national conferences. Prior to CLAWS, he has interned with Middle East Institute at New Delhi, Regional Centre for Expertise acknowledged by United Nations University- Trivandrum and National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bengaluru. His research-oriented areas include West Asia, Central Asia, Indo-Pacific, India’s Foreign Policy, India-Israel Relations, International Security, Defence, and Strategic Cooperation. |
